I’ve been in plumbing long enough to know how it shouldn’t be done.
Late arrivals. Patch jobs. No explanations. No care for the person behind the front door.
That was never going to be my standard.
I started NewRise to raise the bar - to do work properly, treat people with respect, and build something I could be proud of.
This isn’t a side hustle or a stepping stone. It’s my name on the ute and my word on the line.
I’m the guy who shows up early, walks you through what’s happening (so it actually makes sense) and doesn’t leave until the job’s done right.
I didn’t have it all figured out on day one, but every job made me better. Every client helped shape the kind of business I wanted to run.
Because to me, plumbing isn’t just about pipes, it’s about trust.
When someone calls us back or sends a mate our way, that means everything. It means we showed up, we followed through and we made it easy.

Meet cooper
Jack’s younger brother. The vibe guy. Surprisingly good with a wrench.

He brings the energy, the work ethic and usually a solid playlist humming in the background.
He’s the kind of bloke who remembers your dog’s name, cracks the right joke at the right time, and still gets the job done with care and precision.
Some say he’s the personality hire and sure, he keeps things light. But he’s also sharp, switched-on, and someone I trust completely on the tools.
We work differently because we’re brothers, but we hold the same line.
We’ve got each other’s backs, we care about the legacy we’re building. And that shows in the work.
