I’m Jack, a plumber who actually gives a sh*t.
I show up early, get stuck in, and still crack a joke while replacing your sewer line.
I’ve worked for enough companies to know how plumbing shouldn’t be done.
That’s why I built NewRise, not a franchise or a big crew, just a small team that takes pride in getting it right and keeping it real.
You’ll probably meet my younger brother Cooper on the tools. He brings the energy, the work ethic and yeah, usually a solid playlist humming in the background.

For jobs within the Sutherland Shire, we offer free, no-obligation quotes for most residential and commercial plumbing work.
For properties outside the Sutherland Shire, a $99 Dispatch Fee applies. This covers travel to your property, a fully stocked service vehicle, a licensed plumber, and the first 30 minutes on site to inspect and assess the issue.
If you choose to go ahead with the quoted work during our visit, the dispatch fee is waived.
If any additional work is required beyond the initial assessment, we'll explain exactly what's involved and provide an upfront quote before proceeding.

If we can safely access the area and you've approved the work beforehand, we can often complete the job while you're out.
We'll keep you updated throughout the job, let you know how everything's progressing, and make sure you're completely across what's been completed before we leave.

If you've got an emergency, we'll do everything we can to get to you as quickly as possible.
We're not going to promise a 30-minute arrival if we can't deliver it. What we will promise is honest communication, realistic arrival times, and regular updates if anything changes.
For non-urgent plumbing work, we'll organise a time that suits you and always keep you in the loop.
