General Plumbing Terms & Conditions
For general plumbing, maintenance and service work.
These Terms & Conditions are intended for general plumbing and service work and cover matters including the contract, plumbing work, client responsibilities, defects, pricing and payment, liability and termination.
Residential Building & Renovation Terms & Conditions
For applicable residential building and renovation work.
These Terms & Conditions contain additional provisions relating to residential building work, including variations, plans and specifications, construction requirements and registered certifiers where applicable. The document specifically addresses residential building work under the Home Building Act 1989 (NSW).
Major Works & Project Terms & Conditions
For larger or more complex plumbing projects.
These are NewRise Plumbing's more comprehensive Terms & Conditions and contain provisions dealing with matters including variations, latent conditions, payment, defects, suspension, termination and other contractual requirements.
